Brian James Colter Memorial (June 1, 1967 - March 15, 2025)

       It is with great sorrow and pain for me to share this sad news of the untimely passing of Brian Colter. Brian has been a KMB Director since 2001 and he is also a member of BCSEM. Brian has served this organization with zest and vigor and added his own personal touch to all he did for KMB.     He was and will always be a tried and true member of the KMB family.
