Keep Michigan Beautiful, Inc. annually recognizes programs and activities that substantially contribute to environmental improvement, clean up, beautification, site restoration and historical preservation. Our awards are: The President’s Plaque, (our highest award), The Michigan Plaque, The Distinguished Service Plaque, and The Award of Merit.

The Nomination Form for awards is available here online for download, or from the KMB Office, PO Box 23215, Lansing, MI 48909. Anyone may place in nomination a project, program, or person from any of the above categories. The Nomination Form may be copied.
